Getting there.

Keep the good work going. You’ve made it past the hardest bit. Now it’s about building up the Fuzzball meals gradually until their new dinner feels completely normal.

Tip 01

Move up a little at a time

If they’re happily eating their current mix, increase the amount of Fuzzball at the next meal and reduce their old food by the same amount.

Hesitating?Hold steadyStick with the ratio they were happy with for another day or two, then try again.

Tip 02

Work out their favourites

Use the rest of the trial to try the different recipes. Cats can have strong flavour preferences, so one getting left behind doesn’t mean much if another is being polished off.

Tip 03

Keep the sprinkles handy

A little sprinkle on top can help keep things moving in the right direction. If they’re eating wet food, serving it at room temperature or warming it very slightly can also make it more appealing.

Tip 04

Don’t rush towards the finish line

There’s no prize for getting to 100% Fuzzball fastest. If they have an off meal, go back to the last amount they were happily eating and build up again from there.
